ABH Baxter LP
ABH Baxter LP was a partnership formed equally by the three heirs of Kelly H Baxter: Ashley Baxter Stout, Abbie Blair Baxter, and Kelly Hollis Baxter. The partnership is comprised of mineral and surface interest throughout the United States. Kelly H Baxter passed away in June of 2008. His probate was filed in Travis County, Texas as well as 220 of the 254 counties in Texas. ABH Baxter LP was formed in 2012.
Three New Entities
In January of 2014, ABH Baxter LP conveyed all of its interest, of any kind, into equal 1/3 shares in the following three separate entities:
- Baxsto, LLC – Ashley Baxter Stout, President
- Blairbax Energy, LLC – Abbie Blair Baxter, President
- Buffy Energy, LLC – Kelly Hollis Baxter, President
